SpaceX's Starlink will keep funding Ukraine, as confirmed by Elon Musk via his latest tweet.
Recently, the independent aerospace company made huge headlines after its plan to pull out the internet service was confirmed.
Various sources stated that SpaceX sent a letter to Pentagon to confirm its planned Starlink bail-out in Ukraine.
The space agency said it could no longer provide its internet service for free, requesting the U.S. government to shoulder the costs.
But it seems like Elon Musk changed his mind regarding Starlink in Ukraine.
[UPDATE] SpaceX Starlink to Remain in Ukraine
According to News.Com AU's latest report, Musk posted a tweet to announce that SpaceX will not pull out the Starlink service in Ukraine.
"The hell with it ... even though Starlink is still losing money and other companies are getting billions of taxpayer dollars, we'll just keep funding Ukraine government for free," said the billionaire via his official Twitter account.
The tech CEO didn't confirm why they decided to keep funding Ukraine for free.
But, no matter his reason, SpaceX's Starlink staying in Ukraine is definitely good news for the country's government and residents.
Elon Musk Commended for His Decision
The Twitter announcement of Elon Musk has already garnered more than 34,000 retweets, 9,000 quote tweets, and 440,000 likes.
Since his decision to retain Starlink internet services in Ukraine is a good deed, many Twitter users commended the billionaire.
One of them said that no good deed goes unpunished. On the other hand, other Twitter profiles said that other people will still find a reason to hate Elon despite all the good things he does.
