It is worth noting that the Japan-based gaming firm does not provide any patch notes when it rolls out the latest updates for the N64 app. However, Nintendo Life notes that data miners go the extra mile to learn about the changes in the new version 2.7.0.

For instance, according to a data miner that goes by the name OatmealDome, the update removes the "limiter for the number of tasks per frame" on "F-Zero X." But it remains to be seen if it has actually improved the performance.

Meanwhile, "Mario Golf" gained "RDPIntDelayRelative" and "RDPIntDelay" on its GPU settings, OatmealDome discloses.
