For the past few years, artificial intelligence systems that can copy dead people have been developed and enhanced.
There are some models that can take pictures of deceased individuals moving, making their loved ones happy. Now, a new AI-based audio toolkit was able to copy how Steve Jobs talked.
Here's what the former Apple CEO said when he was brought back by Podcast.ai.
AI Brings Steve Jobs Back, Thanks to Podcast.ai
According to 9to5Mac's latest report, Podcast.ai explained that it chose Steve Jobs as its first guest since it wanted to create inspirational content.
The company added that there's no one more inspiring than the former Apple founder himself. Because of this, they decided to bring back the voice of Jobs.
Podcast.ai explained how they were able to copy Steve Jobs' voice.
"The Steve Jobs episode was trained on his biography and all recordings of him we could find online so the AI could accurately bring him back to life," said the artificial intelligence firm.
However, the AI version of Jobs' voice still has some flaws. These include a slight robotic sound. On the other hand, there were some instances when artificial intelligence couldn't match the content.
What Steve Jobs AI Shared
Interesting Engineering reported that the Steve Jobs AI version discussed many things about technology.
However, he didn't include Macintosh and other Apple products.
Instead, artificial intelligence focused on the absence of "aesthetic sense" at Microsoft.
On the other hand, the former Apple founder also shared his opinion about Adobe and how the software company can be fixed.
