Nintendo Switch Online Library Gains a New Classical N64 Game This Oct. 13

Nintendo Switch Online is adding a new classical N64 gaming title to its ever-growing library.

The announcement confirms that the Nintendo 64 game, "Pilotwings 64," is coming to Switch Online shortly after the arrival of the "Wave Race 64."

Nintendo Switch Online's New N64 Game

As per the latest report by Nintendo Life, Switch Online recently gained a new N64 gaming title last August upon the arrival of the racing adventure, "Wave Race 64."

And this October, subscribers of the Nintendo Switch Online are getting their hands on a new classical adventure, which N64 players used to enjoy.

Nintendo Switch gamers could play various classical games through the Switch Online subscription service. Its library continues to grow as the Japanese tech giant constantly adds new nostalgic gaming titles.

The latest addition to the growing list of N64 games on Switch Online is none other than the hit flight simulator, "Pilotwings 64."

The official Twitter account of Nintendo of America reveals that the "Pilotwings 64" is arriving in Switch Online + Expansion Pack starting this Oct. 13. It should allow members of the subscription service to play the N64 offering on their Switch hybrid gaming consoles.

Nintendo Life highlights in its report that the subscribers of the Switch Online Expansion Pack in Japan are also getting the same flight simulator game.

Meanwhile, according to a news story by Comicbook.com, the gaming giant confirmed that "Pilotwings 64" is coming to its subscription service during its Direct event last September. But during its announcement, the Japan-based firm has yet to disclose its release date.

However, the latest announcement from Nintendo of America confirms that we are a few days away from the arrival of "Pilotwings 64" to the gaming subscription service.

Besides the classical flight simulator adventure, Nintendo also announced a few more upcoming games coming to the Expansion Pack.

"Mario Party" and "Mario Party 2" are set to join the classical offerings of the service before 2022 comes to its final curtain call.

In 2023, Expansion Pack members could get their hands on more game offerings, such as "Mario Party 3," "Pokemon Stadium," and "Pokemon Stadium 2." Not to mention that games like "Excitebike 64" and "1080 Snowboarding" are also on their way to Switch Online.

But it is worth mentioning that these upcoming games to the Expansion Pack tier have yet to have their official release date.

For now, Nintendo has only confirmed that the "Pilotwings 64" is coming to the gaming subscription service starting this Oct. 13.
