Infinix has just launched a smartphone that aims to take on other popular smartphones in the market. The phone is doing this by equipping itself with a 200MP camera and a charger that lets it go from zero to full battery in 12 minutes.
Infinix is Stepping Into Flagship-Level Devices with Its New Infinix Zero Ultra
According to the story by Giz China, Infinix has long been known as a smartphone manufacturer competing in the entry-level and midrange-level smartphone area. Due to this, the company rarely releases any flagship-level devices due to the type of customers they are trying to cater to.
After catering to budget buyers for a long time, it seems that the company is trying to level up and is attempting to battle the flagship world with its new model. The new Infinix Zero Ultra includes competitive features to be compared to other larger brands.
The Smartphone Packs a 200MP Camera Putting It in Direct Competition with Xiaomi and Motorola
The new Infinix Zero Ultra not only packs some pretty cool specs but also does so with a price tag that Giz China described as "attractive." Out of all its specs, the one that stands out the most is its 200MP main camera sensor.
With the massive MP count, the smartphone is now in league with other devices like the Xiaomi 12T Pro or the Motorola X30 Ultra. The 200MP camera was first introduced with the Motorola model, with the Xiaomi 12T Pro following suit.
Infinix Zero Ultra Packs a 4,500mAh Battery and can Fully Charge in 12 Minutes
Now, the Infinix Zero Ultra will join the other two with its 200MP camera. This means that if the 200MP camera is the main buying point of the potential customer, they can now choose between Motorola, Xiaomi, and Infinix.
The most impressive feature of the Infinix Zero Ultra is its charging capacity. Equipped with a 4,500mAh battery, the smartphone can charge from zero to 100% in 12 minutes, as also noted in an article by Notebook Check.

Infinix Zero Ultra Changes Fast Because of Its 180W Thunder Charging Speed
It can charge this fast because of its 180W Thunder charging speed, which is quite complicated to understand. The one thing sure about the new Infinix charging technology is that it is powerful enough to charge while you wait for a short period.
To put things into perspective, this means that owners might only have to listen to three to four songs before their Infinix is fully charged. Of course, due to its high-powered charging, buyers should avoid using the device while it is still plugged in.
As of press time, the Infinix Zero Ultra has the fastest charging speed worldwide. So far, there has not been any other smartphones that are capable of charging to their full capacity in the span of just 12 minutes.
