According to recent reports, multinational video game company Nintendo may take the pulse of its ardent fans to see what Pokemon game spinoffs they want to see in the future. It will be a few weeks before Nintendo officially releases the new Pokemon series "Pokemon Scarlet and Violet," but it appears we will be getting more Pokemon content after that.
Nintendo Pokemon Spinoff Survey
GameRant was among the first to report on this Nintendo survey on the Internet. The report claims that the most recent Pokemon survey is making an effort to be a little less contentious by simply asking fans what kinds of games they would like to play in the future.
This survey is accessible to anyone who has signed up for My Nintendo's newsletters and promotions, though not everyone may have received an invitation to complete it. That's not a problem because some Reddit users were kind enough to share the survey link and a few screenshots.
More About the Nintendo Survey
This may not be a direct hint that a new "Pokemon Mystery Dungeon" game is on the way, but the Nintendo survey was first spotted in a PMD subreddit. According to the caption posted by user "SpaceEV," Nintendo may be checking the weather to see if a new Mystery Dungeon iteration will be any good.
The Pokemon Company has been a consistent force in the video game industry with its multi-platform game releases for quite some time. The groundbreaking augmented reality games "Pokemon GO" and "Pokemon Unite," their unique take on the MOBA genre, are prime examples of this achievement. These types of surveys and feedback systems assist game developers in creating the best gaming experience for Pokemon fans.
Following My Nintendo News, the survey asks players about their preferences for different types of Pokemon games, such as open-world Pokemon games and new installments in the franchise's spin-off games like a new "Pokemon Snap" and "Pokemon Mystery Dungeon."
Moreover, the survey wants to measure preference for more linear Pokemon games and, finally, whether they would like to see more Pokemon remakes and remasters of classic Pokemon titles. It would not be a problem if the participant had a different idea than these. There is also the option to share different thoughts and opinions.
The survey also suggests a brand-new game that is inspired by older Pokemon titles like the classic "Red and Blue" and "Sword and Shield," while another option suggests a brand-new title that is "set in an open world" and is comparable to Scarlet and Violet's Paldea.
Send Your Feedback
If you did not receive a copy of the survey, that is fine because The Pokemon Company values feedback from its fans. Visit this link to gain access to their suggestion dropbox.
In other news, "Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet," the first open-world RPG in the Pokémon series, will be released on Nov 18.
