Based on a report from Electrek, Mercedes-Benz shared their lineup models for the year 2023 by having different variations of their EQ-range vehicles. The article stated that this could be the 'company's year for EQ' as the consumers' support continues to grow for their vehicles and the rising demand for electric vehicles.
After releasing the two EQS Sedan for their customers in the United States, an EQS and EQE SUVS will also be added for the next year, together with an AMG EQS and EQB SUV.
The company stated on its website, "With the addition of several new models in the Mercedes-EQ family, the company continues to redefine progressive luxury by building upon the strong foundation laid by the EQS Sedan to offer even more highly compelling all-electric options for U.S. customers."
Mercedes-AMG EQE Sedan
The AMG version is also included in the 2023 model year. As per the release, it will equip a 328-volt high-performance battery powered by lithium-ion technology. The model includes electric motors with the standard AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive, which will make it have a faster response than the usual mechanical ones. It also contains 649 HP Performance output that will provide an additional 751 HP if the "boost" function is triggered.
Market suggested retail price of AMQ EQS will start at $145,900 for the exclusive tier. As per the pinnacle, Mercedes has yet to announce.

There is only limited information regarding the Sedan as Mercedes-Benz did not reveal much information and details regarding the vehicle. Yet the time of arrival for the EQ vehicles was revealed.
The EQS 450 4MATIC, EQS 450+, EQS 580 4MATIC, EQE350 4MATIC, EQE 350+, EQE 500 4MATIC, AMG EQE, and EQB 250+ SUV will arrive in the United States in late 2022. However, prices were still not ready to release.
It was recently announced that the EQS SUVs will be produced in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This will be very big to the plantation as it will manufacture the first battery-electric for Mercedes-Bens.
Avoiding Tariff Difficulties
Together with Volkswagen AG, the company recently secured a deal with Canada to increase the convenience when it comes to tariffs and taxes as per Bloomberg.
Materials such as cobalt, nickel, and lithium that will be used for electric vehicle battery production, can now be easily accessed through this deal.
By the end of the year, the company's goal is to construct eight EVs in seven factory sites that are located in three different continents. Mercedes-Benz announced last year that in 2030, they are expecting to offer consumers electric vehicles only.
