It's this time of the week again for another PS5 restock news. According to the latest report, Amazon could likely drop an ample amount of Sony's consoles on Monday, Aug. 8, as spotted on the product listing page.
Amazon PS5 Restock
As Tom's Guide spotted recently, Amazon has announced that it will roll out PS5 consoles early this week. Finding this gaming machine remains difficult at the moment, but over the past weeks, we have seen a slight improvement in the rollout.
For those who haven't yet bought PlayStation 5, this could be the moment you're waiting for. If you have missed the previous restocks, then this is the upcoming opportunity that you should not miss now.
Some stores only offer PS5 restocks if they have only subscribed to the membership. That will not happen during the event since Amazon will also allow non-Prime members to score a PS5 that they're waiting for.
Following this confirmation, many people know that the Amazon PS5 restock will surely take place this week. The PS5 listing page reveals that qualifying customers are set to receive the "next wave of invites" on Aug. 8.
Usually, the restock events will initially come from the leakers on Twitter. It will take some time before we finally conclude if it's real or not. However, Amazon directly confirmed this news to its customers.
Tom's Guide added in the report that the upcoming PS5 restock is set to take place at around 1:00 P.M. ET.

Amazon Invite System is Efficient
Since Amazon launched its very first invite-based ordering option, many people who truly need a PS5 successfully bought the consoles. The e-commerce giant adopted this system to bar scalpers from purchasing the supplies in bulk.
If hoarding continues, then it would be unfair on the part of the individual buyers. Later, the resellers will take charge in selling them at a higher price that is twice or even twice the original PS5 price.
If you want to get ahead of this restock, you need to sign up fast on the website via email. The invitations will be limited, so not all people will receive them.
Once you receive the linked email, you must complete your check out within 72 hours. Otherwise, you won't be able to buy the console once the time lapses.
If you're only looking for the console alone, then you need to pay $499. However, if you are hunting for bundled offers, you can opt for the $549 deal, which includes a PS5 Disc console and a copy of "Horizon Forbidden West."
