If you want to get a new phone and save some cash in the process, it is always a good idea to trade in your old phone. It is convenient and hassle-free.
Even though you may get more in selling your used phone in the market, that will involve waiting for a buyer, dealing with shipping, the entire payment process, and answering a lot of questions.
A carrier or a store will be more than happy to take your old and used phone and refurbish and resell it to a new customer or straight up recycle it if it is too old or can no longer be saved. One carrier that does trading is Vodafone UK.
Vodafone's Trade-In Process
According to Phone Arena, Vodafone UK has made its trade-in process more enticing with the new Unbeatable Trade-In offer.
Thanks to an enhanced Trade-In Tool within the My Vodafone app, it is now easier for customers to trade their old phones for new ones.

Customers can open the app, have their phone evaluated, and get a price quote. Also, Vodafone will perform daily price checks to ensure that it always has the best price offers in trade-in values.
Once your phone has been evaluated, the price offer gets locked in, and you have a maximum of two weeks to send it in through post or by walking into any Vodafone store.
Customers can get the value of their old device in one of three ways: bank transfer, bill credit for the new Airtime plan, or price reduction towards buying a new phone, according to Verge Magazine.
Vodafone UK's Unbeatable Trade-In will run until Sept. 23, so customers have a lot of time to decide whether they want to make use of the offer or not. Customers can also keep an eye on Vodafone phone deals as well.
Vodafone's Extra Data Offer
According to The Sun, Vodafone has increased the data allowance of its $16 per month SIM plan from 20GB to 100GB.
It is a 12-month contract, so it is a great choice if you are happy with your current handset but do not want to switch over to a new pay-monthly plan.
The standard cost is $18 a month, but that can drop to $16 once you have entered a cashback redemption process.
If you are currently looking for a SIM plan for your phone, now is a great time to strike, and you have a lot of deals to choose from.
This is not the first Vodafone SIM-only that is offered by the network. According to The Sun, another Vodafone SIM plan that offers bigger savings is available on Mobiles.co.uk, and you can get a 100GB plan for only $9 after cashback.
Vodafone's three SIM-only deal with 250GB of monthly data is available for half of the usual price for the first six months. That means you will only pay $!2 until the deal expires.
The three SIM-only deal is a 24-month contract that offers a high-speed internet plan, unlimited calls and unlimited text.
