Riot Games gave the world a new update via a new post from Tom Cannon, the game's Senior Director and Executive Producer, which focuses on the upcoming features available for the title. The new game's latest update will bring a new character for the 2D arcade fighting game, adding to its current list of "League of Legends" champions for its release.
Project L is the game that Riot worked on, and it resembles that of "Super Smash Bros.," and "Tekken."
Project L's Latest Update: New Character Revealed for Upcoming Title
Tom Cannon provided the world with a quick update for the new game, Project L, via his Twitter post that brings an insider look at the latest development from Riot Games. The post brings an update for the latest game, and Cannon said that while the company is not yet set to release the game, it is in progress for its availability for all.
Cannon said that Project L will be free to play, and that means it would be available for all gamers like the "League of Legends" and "League of Legends: Wild Rift" titles.
Additionally, there would be multiple barriers that the team will remove for the game, and that includes its availability for the world to play.
Also, Cannon revealed a new character for the title, and that is the Kraken Priestess, Illaoi. Riot Games also confirmed this via its developer post now up on their website.
'League of Legends' Characters to Dominate Project L
Characters present in Project L now include veterans like Ekko, Jinx, Darius, Ahri, and Katarina, with Illaoi joining the mix.
It is important to note that "Tekken" initially introduced a roster of eight characters on its character selection page for the first game, only growing its list in the future.
The same thing might be present for Project L.
Project L and Arcade Fighting Games
"League of Legends" sure has a lot of experiences for the public to enjoy, and it all focuses on an experience that will help in expanding more of the famous title in different focuses. One of them is the MMORPG that Riot aims to deliver for all, entitled the "Ruined King" which will focus on one story arc of the game's lore.

Riot Games and the "League of Legends" franchise bring a lot for everyone to experience, and now, it is coming up with a new title under "Project L" for its arcade fighter game. Yes, it resembles that of Bandai Namco's "Tekken," or SNK's "The King of Fighters," but this new game will feature Champions from the famous MOBA and bring fans a more hands-on fighting experience.
