[RUMOR] iPhone14 Pro Will Have Faster Ram and 6GB!

According to a rumor DigiTimes published today, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will include 6GB of RAM and a newer, quicker type of memory!

The source indicates that the high-end variants of the forthcoming iPhone lineup will contain 6GB of LPDDR5 RAM, a speedier and more effective type of memory in contrast to older standards.

The Rumored Lineup

LPDDR4X is a feature in the current iPhones, and it's anticipated that this will also be true with the basic iPhone 14 versions.

All variants of the iPhone 14 range will have 6GB of RAM, in contrast to the iPhone 13 series, which starts at 4GB of memory. In comparison to the ordinary models, the higher-end iPhones' LPDDR5 memory will result in greater and more energy-efficient performance.

This is how the lineup will appear, according to MacRumors.

  • iPhone 14 Pro Max: 6GB (LPDDR5)
  • iPhone 14 Pro: 6GB (LPDDR5)
  • iPhone 14 Max: 6GB (LPDDR4X)
  • iPhone 14: 6GB (LPDDR4X)

Breaking With Tradition

Only the more expensive iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max versions are said to be equipped with the new "A16" chip, which is breaking with tradition. The upgraded memory standard was first reported by Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo in March, coupled with the information that the basic iPhone 14 models will continue to use the A15 processor.

According to MacRumors, switching from the iPhone 11 to the iPhone 14 is ideal because of the significant improvements in specs and features that the new handset will have. Even though it doesn't seem much different from a smartphone of 2019, it is still a worthy upgrade from a model from almost three years ago.

Additionally, reports claim that the new iPhone 14's cameras will be greatly improved, allowing it to shoot better pictures than the iPhone 13's capable arrangement.

The Cupertino firm is currently developing the new device, but they keep its specifications and information a secret from the public and would hold off on disclosing them until the very last moment.

Since the launching of the iPhone 13 last year, there have been rumors about the product, and well-known figures like Bloomberg's Mark Gurman routinely provide an update.

About two months from now, Apple is anticipated to reveal the iPhone 14 at its yearly fall event. This year, Apple is reported to have a busy fall planned, with the release of new iPhones, Apple Watches, and AirPods.
