The latest iPadOS 16 Stage Manager optimization arrives to solve one of the most annoying issues on iPad models, which is to run small iPhone apps.
Instagram, Facebook, and other apps originally designed to work for vertical smartphone screens look quite different when you are accessing them via other devices, such as iPads.
Although these applications can still work on horizontal displays, the user interface is a bit annoying since the controls are placed on different areas on the screen.
Now, this scenario can change, thanks to Apple's newest iPadOS 16 Beta 3.
iPadOS 16 Stage Manager Optimization Allows iPhone Apps To Work on iPad!
According to MacRumors' latest report, the new iPadOS 16 brings the optimized Stage Manager feature to iPads, specifically models integrated with Apple's advanced in-house SoC, the M1 chipset.

This enhancement was released so users can access Instagram and other small apps on their M1-based iPads as individual windows.
Thanks to this effort, iPad users can now access their favorite social media apps just like they appear on their iPhones.
This innovation is more interesting because iPad users can open multiple apps while they overlap on their tablets, allowing them to switch from one social media to another.
As of writing, the Stage Manager optimization is still limited to the iPad Air, as well as the 11-inch and 12.9-inch M1-based iPad Pros.
But, there's a high chance that Apple will expand the new feature to other iPad models. All you need to do is wait for the tech firm's further announcements.
