ASUS ROG Phone 6 and Phone 6 were launched by the Chinese smartphone giant on July 5 via its official online event.
The tech firm provided all the major details of these two new gaming handsets on its official YouTube channel.

The announcement of ASUS lasted almost two hours. Although it was a long smartphone launch, watchers seemed satisfied with the confirmed features of the new ROG Phone 6 smartphones.
"So definitely some good upgrades but I don't want to jump on the pro model and then just a few months down the road they randomly come out with an even more powerful model like they did with the 5," said one of the viewers.
ROG Phone 6, Phone 6 Pro Might Dominate Gaming
According to XDA Developers' latest report, the new ROG Phone 6 lineup has a high chance of dominating gaming smartphones, including the popular Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

This is not actually surprising from ASUS, given that it already has efficient gaming smartphones being sold across the globe, such as the ROG Phone 5.
But, it seems like ROG Phone 6 and Phone 6 Pro will offer a better gaming experience than their predecessors. One of their advanced features that you can take advantage of is the AirTrigger 6 control system.

Of course, these devices still have some downsides. Android Authority reviewed the new gaming phones and provided their cons, such as limited IP rating, not-so-good camera performance, and no wireless charging feature.
Spec-by-Spec Review
Although the new ROG Phone 6 and Phone 6 Pro don't have wireless charging features, they offer excellent battery life.
