Meta's Novi crypto wallet app will soon be shut down. This means that the application will no longer exist.
If you are one of its users, it is important to know when the tech giant manufacturer will delete this app so that you can transfer your money to your bank account as soon as possible.
When Meta announced the removal of Novi, it didn't provide the reason behind the upcoming shutdown. Facebook's owner only said it would delete the main app and the Novi version for WhatsApp.
"Both the Novi app and Novi on WhatsApp will no longer be available," said Meta via its official Novi blog post.
Meta Novi Crypto Wallet To Be Shut Down!
According to PC Mag's latest report, Novi was launched by Meta in the United States and Guatemala back in October 2021.
In December 2021, it was made available for WhatsApp users as a new crypto money transfer service. However, the tech giant manufacturer suddenly wants to end this application.
Meta said that users have until Sept. 1. Facebook's developer added that users must transfer all their money to their other bank accounts before the deadline arrives.
But, if ever you forget to do this, Meta explained that it would attempt to send all your remaining money from your Novi account to your bank account linked to the crypto wallet app.
However, the tech firm didn't confirm if this is 100% sure. This is why it is important to transfer all remaining money manually to ensure you receive the correct amount.
Transferring Money From Novi To Bank Account
