Spotify vs. Amazon: Amazon Music's Free Four-month Music Streaming Trial is the Response to Its Rival's Deal

Amazon is just about to launch a sweet deal for users to present a new product that will rival the popular music application, Spotify. The promotional offer provides users up to four months of free, unrestricted access to its music streaming software.

Amazon Music Unlimited's Free 4-Month Trial

Amazon's Music Unlimited free trial will serve as one of the application's biggest promotional efforts yet. The offer was launched before the upcoming Amazon Prime Day, providing a more expanded offer from the former package where Amazon Prime subscribers were only provided a month of free pass to their Music Unlimited software.

The new deal offers as much as a 90-day free trial plan for users without requiring their subscription to Amazon Prime. For those who would wish to subscribe to Music Unlimited, it will cost them only $10.55 a month for non-Prime users and $9.49 for Prime users.

The estimate is that non-Prime members can save as much as $31 a month and $37 for Prime members. Note, however, that the offer will only be available to the public until July 13. That is why interested users are encouraged to accept the offer and register for an Amazon Music Unlimited before the last day.

Like many other subscriptions, remember that you always have a chance to avoid the fees if you find out later on that you do not like the product by unsubscribing as soon as the free trial ends. Moreover, the Music Unlimited trial is only for newly-registered subscribers.

Amazon Music Unlimited's Features Rival Spotify, Apple Music

Amazon Music Unlimited has a listing of more than 90 million songs, both old and new, and all the genres you might possibly want to listen to. This is bigger than Spotify's music library. Additionally, every single music in Amazon's library is available in high definition (HD) audio. This is also what's referred to as Amazon's lossless audio.

Amazon Music Unlimited also offers 7 million songs that are in Ultra HD. Spotify is yet to present a quality that matches Amazon's offering, but there are reports which reveal that it is already planning on launching its own version of the lossless audio, which will be called the Spotify HiFi. There is no final date yet for the launch of this feature.

Amazon Music Unlimited also provides users with the ability to listen to music offline through its download feature. This provides users with access to the platform's library of audio files, podcasts, and songs, among others, without the need to maintain a stable internet connection.

Amazon Music Unlimited can completely jive with your Amazon devices, making up for a more holistic music experience. If you have the Amazon Echo Studio, you can use Alexa to ask for suggestions and go as far as creating your own unique playlist through voice commands. All of this experience without the hassle of listening to ads and the benefit of unlimited offline downloads so you would not have to think about your mobile phone data allowance each time you use the app to listen to music.
