Intel Alchemist GPUs, the SoC maker's first desktop graphics cards built with Xe-HPG (Xe-High Performance Graphics) architecture, might actually disappoint you.
Experts claim that these advanced GPUs are not actually as fast as you expect them to be.
Based on the data provided by 3D Center, a German tech website, one of the first custom Arc Alchemist models, Arc A380, is only 21% faster than AMD's RX 6400.
If this is true, then the performance of the A380 is quite far from the estimated speed of Intel, which is around 25%.
Intel Arc Alchemist GPU Might Disappoint You
According to Tech Radar's latest report, 3D Center's data showed that Intel's figures point out that Arc A380 is 21% faster than its competitor.
However, the tech site conducted its test, having a theoretical conversion to its 1080p performance index.
Thanks to this, 3D Center concluded that the initial Intel Arc desktop GPU is only 5% more efficient than the RX 6400 regarding raw performance.
On the other hand, the company also believes that the Intel Arc A780 is only four times more powerful than Arc A380. Of course, experts suggested that consumers take these details with a grain of salt.

Check This Before Getting the Intel Arc Alchemist GPU
Gizbot reported that the advanced Intel Arc Alchemist series is expected to arrive in selected markets before June ends.
The SoC manufacturer is expected to release its new Arc series in some countries, such as India. As of writing, these graphics cards are already available in China.
Before the Intel Arc series arrives in your country, there are some things you need to know before purchasing these GPUs.
One of these is getting a new CPU. Intel's official documents explained that consumers need to have the latest Intel CPU so that they can get the most out of the new Arc graphics cards.
Previously, the Intel Core i9-12900KS was recently spotted in the graphics cards market.
On the other hand, the Intel RealSense depth camera D435f was introduced.
