It's hard to believe that the first month of 2015 is close to an end. The good news is that means we're one month closer to summer (at least those of us experiencing winter weather). But with the end of January 2015 also comes bad news, the same bad news that comes at the end of every month: some of your favorite shows and movies will be leaving Netflix in February.
Fortunately, we did dodge the Doctor Who bullet, which sent many geek fans panicking to find episodes available elsewhere (hint: they also appear on Hulu and Amazon Prime Instant Video), but other series and movies will still suffer their fates of leaving the streaming service.
However, other BBC shows aren't surviving the cut. We'll see the end of Blackadder, Fawlty Towers, MI5 and Red Dwarf on Netflix. And for you bronies, you better binge-watch episodes of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, because it too is going away, along with Jem and the Holograms and Pound Puppies.
There are also a lot of geek-worthy movies leaving the service next month, including all of Tim Burton's Batman movie series, as well as Dredd, Mad Max, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie and three James Bond films.
Along with those series, others are also going the way of the dodo on the streaming service:
