Apple's M2 is Coming this June at WWDC; AR/VR Headset is Not
Apple is looking to release new hardware at the WWDC 2022 event, and it will bring the latest of what the company has to offer for all its users. The company got speculations regarding its M2 that will come to the public in the coming months, and it will be inside the redesigned MacBook Air device that last saw a new release last 2020.
According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, it would not release everything speculated from Apple, with the M2 being one of the surest cases in this report. According to Mac Rumors, Gurman predicts that it will come by 2023, with a one-year delay in the company's device production. However, it is still speculation, and many things may happen between this time and the following year for the release of the AR/VR Headset that the public expects from the company.
Apple's WWDC
The Worldwide Developer's Conference for this year is right around the corner, and it usually arrives by the first or second week of June, right before it ends the first six months of the calendar. Moreover, this event is in preparation for the upcoming releases of the Cupertino giant by the Fall season and towards the holidays.
Previous speculations focus on a redesign of the MacBook Pro, but it may not be the case in the coming WWDC's announcements, as speculations center on the MacBook Air to see its new features. Nevertheless, speculations are strong now, especially with what the reports are saying about the product that will come soon.
Apple's hardware is hard to predict when it comes, as many speculations do not push through when the Cupertino company already comes to their events. Take, for example, the numerous releases of the M1, as they are speculated to be the M2 before.
Nevertheless, the WWDC will bring more surprises to the public as not everything is included in its reports, but it seems that the AR/VR headset is a no-go.
