Canoo EV Startup: Plagued with Company Issues?
Canoo is an EV startup, first and foremost. And it means that it will have trouble delivering its EVs due to production issues and design problems that will manifest along the way.
However, it is not the leading cause for the company, as the reports claim that several internal problems and insider drama affect the production of its EVs for the public.
Canoo and its EV Plans
Back in 2021, Canoo is one of the up and coming companies for their electric vehicles that focus on "lifestyle" cars that will bring people more of what they need instead of want. It focuses on utility vehicles like vans and cargo pickups that may not be massive in size but are capable of bringing one's daily needs together with them.
The company started its production for its three-model lineup in its Oklahoma Plant back in August 2021, and it marked the start of its EV manufacturing for the world. The company's design is not flashy or extravagant like other EV manufacturers present in the world like Tesla, Volkswagen, Audi, and the like.
However, it still brings its cars that aim to present a new look on EVs as daily cars that will be of service to its drivers.
It even partnered with NASA to bring electric vehicles to the Moon, bringing the modern-day "Astrovan" that will roll out with batteries and clean energy. It seems that it will have hardships along the way, and the company needs to secure more funding and investors to keep the dream alive and bring its first batch of production to the public market.
