Meta Commemorates Small Business Week By Releasing New Tools
In its recently-posted press release on Wednesday, May 4, Meta confirmed that it will unveil a set of new tools which is intended to help the thriving businesses when it comes to advertisements and conversation management.
There have been a lot of improvements that the social media firm has contributed for the success of the businesses. However, it seems that they are not yet enough to sustain the development in the platform.
Using ads is an effective way to generate profit among business owners, but the company plans to bring full ads from the WhatsApp Business application.
Managing the inquiries from the customers at the same time is a tedious task especially if it's only handled by one individual. With that being said, Meta thinks that it's best to add WhatsApp to the inbox for easier managing of messages.
In this way, many people under the same organization will be able to manage the conversations in Inbox using the similar WhatsApp number. It's guaranteed to save a lot of time while increasing the productivity for the team.

Meta Wants to Explore Business Suite
Aside from the above mentioned tools, the tech giant expresses its desire to explore a new feature in Meta Business Suite. Through the Messenger app, business owners can send promo campaigns to customers who want to take a peek at them.
Other than that, Meta focuses on improving customer acquisition and lead generation. In this way, small businesses can quickly serve more customers while attending to their needs and generating leads.
In Instagram, SMBs can now take advantage of the free product Quote request. This will give them an option to create custom questionnaires for the people that require them to be filled out, per Techradar.
It is expected that businesses could rely soon on Lead Ads Instant Forms so that they could filter those which are not suited for the growth of the organization.
Furthermore, the Instant Form will be a useful tool for customers who want to see more information about the company.
In another story from Tech Times, Twitter has reportedly pitched NewFront projects before, but it was prompted by a surprise takeover courtesy of Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
Some advertisers are anxious to steer away from spending on the platform once the tech billionaire completes the acquisition process.
Even so, many people are concerned about Musk's plans to turn Twitter into a very different environment. In fact, advertisers think that since Musk is a free speech absolutist, it won't sit well with their objectives.
