The risk of depression is excellent, and it can even affect people who have healthy relationships with their friends or family and even those who are active in their social life outside the home. However, a new study suggests that even little physical activity or exercise reduces a person's chances of feeling depressed or falling into a mental state.
New Study Suggests Little Exercise Can Help with Depression
A new study published in the JAMA Network aims to explain how little exercise is healthy for a person, not just for their physical wellbeings but also for their mental state and the risk of depression. A systematic review and meta-analysis by Matthew Pearce, Ph.D., Leandro Garcia, Ph.D., Ali Abbas, Ph.D., and other researchers provide insight into this association.
The research aims to explain that even small exercise routines done in a person's daily life are helpful and aim to bridge more health concerns than one would usually perceive.
The study also recommends people exercise daily, even in small increments or short times, which will help their physical and mental health.
Exercise Apps For You
Apps and technology aim to help in one's daily exercise, and it does not all fall on having tech wearables for their use.
