Snapchat has been looking at a massive growth in the past months, and the recent Q1 2022 reports on its earnings and achievements detail this for its investors. The new report says that it moved past the DAUs or daily active user numbers of Facebook and Twitter, which both social media companies lost userbase, in contrast with Snapchat.

Snapchat released its first-quarter financial results for 2022, and the company is glad to share that it achieved a lot in the past three months of the year. The past years have been a staggering climb for Snapchat to better its systems and adapt to the current setup in the tech world, now bringing a report that it anticipated for a long time.

The performance of the social media company showed a massive change in the past five quarters, with a DAU of 18 percent on its year per year, but it is different for 2022. For January, February, and March, the company reported that it exceeded 20 percent in its DAU, and the company is proud to share it with its investors and the public.

Snapchat Beats Facebook, Twitter on Performance

According to Tech Crunch, Snapchat exceeded that of its American counterparts, Facebook and Twitter, which saw a decrease in their daily active users for the quarter. It seems that more people go to Snapchat, and it is for the offers the company brings to their application, especially now with the modern trends.

Snapchat and its Relevance Now

Snapchat brought many features to its application that focused on bettering the experience in their offers, especially for the existing users of the social media company. One of its main features now is its ability to block third-party messages sent by anonymous people, effectively helping the security of its subscribers and app users.

For a long time, Snap has been silent about its career or track progress in the public world, but it did not cease its operations but continued to better what they have to offer. The company claimed that they have had a hard time dealing with the Apple App Tracking transparency that Snapchat adjusted to and is now reaping its seeds.

Social media platforms centered mainly on the famous and massive ones like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and the like, but there are still those like Snapchat, which is an unsung one now. The many offers from Snap bring a lot to the public, and its growth demonstrated that there is more to the company than meets the eye.
