The first full-screen iPhone is expected to be launched around 2024, as claimed by Ming-Chi Kuo. The reliable Apple analyst also shared other details of this most-awaited device, including its model and features.
For the past few years, smartphone consumers have been looking for devices that can offer advanced full-screen display feature.
However, Apple and other giant tech manufacturers were not able to provide the perfect full-screen handset. Now, will the new Apple iPhone model change this scenario?
First Full-Screen iPhone To Arrive by 2024
Ming-Chi Kuo has been active for quite some time now. Ever since leaks about the new iPhone 14 and other next-gen Apple devices appeared, he also shared what he thinks will arrive.
These include the first full-screen iPhone model. He shared the possible details of the new Apple smartphone via his latest Twitter post.
"I think the real full-screen iPhone will come in 2024. High-end iPhones in 2024 would adopt an under-display front camera alongside the under-display Face ID," said Kuo via his official tweet.
MacRumors reported that the new iPhone 16 Pro, which is expected to debut by the end of 2023 or the first months of 2024, will be the first Apple smartphone to offer the advanced under-screen front camera and the under-display Face ID sensor.
Since it is the first full-screen iPhone, some issues are expected to happen. Kuo stated that one of the problems would be the under-display front camera.
The Apple enthusiast explained that low-light conditions could affect the performance of the cam feature. But, this will still depend on the tech manufacturer's integration efforts.
Issues With Full-Screen iPhone
Kuo explained that the existing software and hardware limitations of iPhone models would greatly affect the first full-screen Apple handset's performance.
But, the enthusiast added that the issues would be less technical. If this is true, then the giant gadget maker can easily solve any bug or other internal problems of the upcoming full-screen device.
Previously, the new iPhone 14 satellite connectivity feature is expected to make zero dead zones possible.
On the other hand, the new Apple Watch Activity Challenge will take place on Apr. 29.
