Bandai Namco and Nintendo appear to be working to remaster and remake a 3D action gaming title for the Switch.
The Japanese video game publisher, Bandai Namco, is known for its successful massive gaming titles, such as "Tekken," "Pacman," and "Gundam," to name a few.

According to a report by Nintendo Life, it looks like the Switch maker contracted Bandai Namco to work on an iconic 3D action game to give it a new life.
The news outlet cited the multiple job listings from the Japanese website of the Bandai Namco itself, suggesting that the gaming firm is working on an unnamed 3D action game.
It turns out that the official website of Bandai Namco in Japan leaked its latest project with another gaming giant, Nintendo.
Bandai Namco is looking for folks who could work on its new 3D action game project, which the gaming firm is doing for a contract with Nintendo.
Bandai Namco Job Listing for 3D Game Project
The Japanese gaming firm is specifically looking for "a visual artist for a 3D action game project on a Nintendo contract," a Google translated version of its Japanese website says.
On top of that, the site further added that the job requires "HD remastering of the 3D background."
Apart from the job description and the hint of a 3D action game remake, the website of Bandai Namco failed to disclose more concrete details regarding its new project in collaboration with Nintendo.
Meanwhile, according to a recent report by Comicbook.com, the recent job postings from Bandai Namco have already drawn speculations from the online community. Some folks have already been guessing what the unnamed project is all about.
For instance, a RestEra poster, Snikdasnek, who also shared the job listings from the Japan-based website, offered that the game likely is "Kid Icarus: Uprising." He was not alone in this speculation as several others have also echoed his guess.
Comicbook.com noted that the 3D action game debuted in 2012 under the Nintendo 3Ds platform.
Nintendo and Bandai Namco
It is worth noting that it is not the first collaboration between the two Japanese gaming firms, Bandai Namco and Nintendo.
In fact, Nintendo Life noted in its report that the two firms have also worked together on "Super Smash Bros. Ultimate," bringing iconic names like Kazuya and Pac-Man to the game.
