"Pokemon GO" Team Rocket Retreat event is about to begin. The all-new "All-Hands Rocket Retreat" is a new event of Niantic for the upcoming Team GO Rocket takeover content.
"Spurred by the recent influx of Pokémon first found in the Alola region, Team GO Rocket is feeling bolder than ever," said Niantic via its official PokemonGO Hub's blog post.
The game publisher said that the villain characters in the adventure game would soon have their Team GO Rocket Retreat.
'Pokemon GO' Team Rocket Retreat Event
According to Gaming Intel's latest report, the new "Pokemon GO" event will start on Apr. 3 at exactly 10:00 a.m. local time.
The upcoming All-Hands Rocket Retreat event will last until Apr. 7 at exactly 8:00 p.m. Meanwhile, the new in-game program will offer the Silent Schemes special research (Apr. 3 until Apr. 7).
This new research content will offer six stages where players are required to complete certain tasks. One of the activities they can enjoy is fighting against Team Go Rocket grunts.
They can also battle against Team GO Rocket leaders and purify a Shadow-type pocket monster.
Aside from these, some new Pokemon will also be featured during the "Pokemon GO" Team Rocket Retreat event, such as the following:
Salazzle and Salandit (Salandit will be available to harch from 12 km Eggs. You can use 50 Salandit Candy to evolve a female Salandit into the popular Salazzle version).
Aside from Salandit and Salazzle, CNET reported that the Team Go Rocke grunts would also have the following dark Pokemons:
- Shadow Alolan Rattata
- Shadow Alolan Sandshrew
- Shadow Sudowoodo
- Shadow Girafarig
- Shadow Numel
- Shadow Alolan Exeggutor
All-Hands Rocket Retreat's Bonuses
In-game activities are not the only exciting in-game content you can expect in the upcoming All-Hands Rocket Retreat event. You can also see the popular Team GO Rocket appearing more frequently at PokeStops in balloons.
Aside from this, gamers can also help a Shadow-type pocket monster forget the Charged Attack Frustration, thanks to the availability of Charged TM.
On the other hand, Niantic fans can also purchase a one-time event bundle for 1,275 PokeCoins. This deal includes 10 Max Revives, 5 Rocket Radars, and 10 Max Potions.
Meanwhile, the "Pokemon GO" Valentine's Day event has already happened.
On Mar. 11, the game developer pulled out "Pokemon GO" in Russia.
