"Among Us" April Fools' Day update offers the new Horse Mode. This in-game content is now attracting a lot of players.
But, sad to say, Innersloth will only offer the new game mode for a day. Once Apr. 1 ends, the update will be removed.
"One year ago, we posted this on Twitter as a joke. Now it's no longer a joke. For one day only as part of our April Fools celebration, we are launching Among Us Horse Mode," said the game developer via its official Twitter account.

Although this is the case, you still have a lot of time to enjoy this new April Fools' Day enhancement.
When it comes to appearance, the new game mode makes the "Among Us" characters elongate figures with four legs, similar to horses.
Right now, many players are already sharing their enjoyment. In the comment section of Innersloth's Horse Mode trailer, a Twitter user said that they are "in love with being horses."
She even thanked the game developer for the new Horse Mode. If you are one of the interested players, you will see the new game mode automatically in the game.
But, this will only happen if you have the latest version of "Among Us."
'Among Us' Horse Mode Features
Innersloth's official website provided the new Horse Mode's features. These include the following:
- The popular kill sound is "neigh," which is the common representation of the horse's sound. This new audio feature is voiced by the game's programmer, Gary.
- Crewmates, as well as the impostor, will also be a four-legged version.
- The new Horse Mode offers a different kill animation.
- Just like in the original game modes, players can also wear hats and visors.
Based on the comments of "Among Us" fans, the new game mode is quite entertaining. However, you may experience bugs and other in-game issues.
This is because Horse Mode is only a temporary project to celebrate April Fools' Day.
Previously, "Among Us" servers were down because of a new DDoS attack.
Meanwhile, Innerslot's dev team recently shared that they are having a hard time meeting their fans' expectations.
