As per a news story by 9to5Mac, Apple has released its macOS Monterey 12.3.1 update shortly after rolling out its 12.3 during the start of March.
However, it is worth noting that some users of the macOS Monterey 12.3 reported some issues with gaming controllers, such as the PlayStation Dual Sense and the Xbox Wireless Controller when it is connected to their Macs via Bluetooth.
On top of that, according to a recent report by Apple Insider, some users also complained regarding external display connections.
When they are connecting to a second external display to their 2018 Mac mini either via Thunderbolt or USB-C the monitor failed to turn on.
It is interesting to point out that macOS Monterey 12.3 also introduced one of the most-awaited Monterey features, the Universal Control. But as it turns out, it also comes with critical issues on other functionalities.
This time around, the Cupertino-based tech giant delivers fixes to Bluetooth connectivity issues in the flesh of its 12.3.1 update for macOS.

The release notes of the macOS Monterey 12.3.1 claim that it comes with "bug fixes and security updates."
To be more precise, Apple states that the new update has already fixed the issues with second displays on Mac Mini, which specifically involves both Thunderbolt and USB-C external monitors.
Meanwhile, it also fixed the issue when it comes to gaming controllers.
Previously, 9to5Mac noted in the same story that some macOS 12.3 users said that the controller support on Mac is only working for a select number of games.
On the other hand, gaming controllers fail to work with some gaming titles, including Asphalt 8+ and Sonic Racing.
However, the Cupertino tech giant says that the latest update of macOS has fixed the bugs involving "Bluetooth devices, such as game controllers."
Apple also explained that these controllers previously get disconnected when a Mac connects to another Bluetooth Beat headphones.
