Apple's fix for its battery drain issue for the iOS 15.4 gets an answer with the iOS 15.4.1 version that the company released earlier today. The fix centers on the iPhone's battery drain issue that users already complained about to the Cupertino giant, especially with its significant jump from a charged power cell to a low percentage.

The update is available on the over-the-air updates that users may opt to download via the Settings of the iPhone. Check for updates and download the fix to ensure that the update is available to the device.

All iPhones on the 6s version and later are supported in this update.

The fix comes two weeks later the release of iOS 15.4.

Apple: iOS 15.4.1 Other Update Features

According to MacRumors, there are also other releases and features available with iOS 15.4.1, and it aims to better some services that come with it. The Braille function for the iPhone also gets a fix in this update, particularly with the devices that connect to the smartphone and third-party apps that lose connectivity.

Apple also released the iPadOS 15.4.1, tvOS 15.4.1, HomePod 15.4.1, and the watchOS 8.5.1.

The iOS 15.4

The iOS 15.4 is the latest operating system version of the iPhone and iPad, aiming to bring the newest service that Apple gives to the device's users. One of the main issues it faced was the battery drain issue that users have complained about since they downloaded the update. The problem causes a sudden jump despite not using the device for a prolonged period of gaming.

Previously, there was another issue with iOS 15.4, and users complained that it is Siri saved unwanted voice recordings of the person, giving off a buggy use of the service. The issue is one of the earliest that appeared on iOS 15.4, and Apple immediately brought a fix to this but did not include the battery problems.

Many features came with the iOS 15.4, but it seems like there are also numerous issues that users had with it. The new version of the latest OS brings a fix to their problems, addressing the concerns that owners had with it. Nevertheless, Apple's fix is to answer the bug that causes the battery to jump from an adequately charged state to a massive decrease in its percentage.
