The comments section on the video-sharing platform is open to various discussions from suggestions to topic debate. Not to mention the passionate expressions of disagreement and support.

It is worth noting that various content creators on YouTube have been suggesting its viewers to leave their comments down below in the middle of their video.

On top of that, YouTubers are also asking viewers of their viewers to click the like and subscribe button. It comes as these would further help their channels grow to a much larger audience.

Thus, YouTube users have been utilizing the comments section every now and then to leave their own opinion. Some might be outright hilarious, while others were too brutal, as per a report by Business Insider.

However, it is to note that some users might have left comments that have been sitting there for years now, which this time would have been an embarrassing post for them.

How to Delete All Embarassing YouTube Comments

Thankfully, the video streaming platform of Google lets its users check out all of their previous comments on the service, which, in turn, gives them a chance to delete all of them as well.

According to a recent story by How To Geek, Google provides its users with a history of its comments, which can be viewed on either a mobile device or a desktop.

How to Delete All YouTube Comments

  • Sign in to your YouTube account on a web browser on your desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
  • Once logged in, go to the Comment History page of your account.
  • From there, Google will provide a list of "Your YouTube Comments," allowing you to edit or delete.
  • The interface should show you your comment and where it was commented on.
  • To delete the comment, click the "X" button in the upper right corner of each comment activity.

After clicking the "X" button, YouTube will start deleting the embarrassing comment that you might have left.

However, the video-sharing platform noted that it might take some time to delete your video comment.

Aside from that, Google also warns that "some activity may not appear yet," which appears to refer to recent YouTube comments. But it should be there soon, so a little patience might be needed.
