PayPal has expanded its service in Ukraine, and the company now allows inbound transfers in the country, with residents and registered individuals allowed to receive money in the region. Previously, the money sharing application only allows Ukrainians to send money via its outbound transfers to others, but it changes the policy now.

PayPal Only Allowed Outbound Transfers Before
Before this availability, PayPal only allowed Ukrainians to use the app and its features to send money to people outside the country. All these changes now, and it will open opportunities for them.
PayPal and its Features
One of the main features of PayPal now is its ability to receive cryptocurrency in the application and it brings the digital currency for users to manage at their preferences. However, it is a different case for the United Kingdom as it focuses on the ability to buy, sell, and hold cryptocurrency in the app itself, bringing the feature better for user integration.
A lot of people prefer the use of PayPal compared to other financial tech applications, particularly as it is a long-running service that focused on bringing online integration for everyone. Its features focus on seamless money management for the public, making different transfers and crowdfunding needs available to many.
Now, it changed its policies in Ukraine and it aims to assist the country with its needs, focusing on allowing external transfers to come into the country and give to the rightful recipients. The feature will help in opening the gates to the many transfers coming into the country that aims to extend their help to the current situation they experience.
