She added that Elon is not living a billionaire's life, even though he is one of the richest individuals across the world.

Grimes said that since the SpaceX Mars mission doesn't generate income, the project is quite hard to maintain.

"There's no way for it to make money. [His Mars project] is for the benefit of humanity, and it's dangerous and it's expensive, and people are like, 'He's hoarding money!' No, he's spending everything on R&D," said the billionaire's partner.

Aside from this, Grimes also said that they are currently living in a $40,000 house with not-so-good security. The musician added that the people in their neighborhood could easily film them, which is quite concerning.

Elon Musk To Move To Mars by 2030?

Grimes revealed other details that will certainly intrigue the fans of Elon. Aside from SpaceX Mars mission's income and their cheap, insecure house, the singer also said that Musk plans to move to Mars himself, as reported by The Cut.

She claimed that the CEO told her that he wanted to leave Earth for Mars around 2030. However, Grimes doesn't want to go with Musk to Mars in the next 10 years.

Instead, the singer asked him to delay his relocation plant in around 20 years. But, it seems like Musk is dedicated to his original timeline.

In other news, Elon Musk was recently mentioned in Bill Gates' old interview, which suggested that crypto investors need to avoid following SpaceX's CEO advice.

On the other hand, Elon Musk agreed that his Tesla FSD could further increase the current traffic levels.
