Google Assistant Voice Pay Parking: How it Works
TechCrunch highlighted in the same report that the new parking feature of Google flaunts a straightforward process, to begin with.
Like any other commands on Google Assistant, the tech giant has assigned a pretty plain sailing keyword and process to trigger the parking payment.
First and foremost, the user will have to park their vehicle in the parking spot that they want to.
After the car has been parked, all the Android user behind the wheel has to do is to blurt out the words: "Hey Google, pay for parking."
Then, Google Assistant should start the process of paying your parking fee on your phone using Google Pay to complete the transaction.
On top of that, according to 9to5Google, the search engine tech giant also said that the new Google Assistant feature lets its users check out their parking status, as well as extend their parking stay.
To check the status of their parking, users only have to say the keyword: "Hey Google, parking status."
Upon doing so, your Android phone should tell you how much time is left. From there, you could extend it as well if ever it is nearing its end.
