"Monster Hunter Rise" is coming back to Nintendo Switch starting Friday, March 11 at 1 PM ET/10 AM PT. The week-long free trial for the action-adventure RPG will run until next Thursday, March 18, at 3 AM ET/12 AM PT.
'Monster Hunter Rise' Free Trial For Switch Users
According to a report by Shack News, Capcom's sixth "Monster Hunter" installment is bracing another trip to Switch for this week. The news about the upcoming free game trial was also posted by Nintendo of America on Twitter.
Of course, playing this game for just a week is not enough to feel the adrenaline rush when battling the ferocious monsters.
However, if you want to prolong your gaming experience with "Monster Hunter Rise" you can purchase its full game version so you can continue your progress during the seven-day trial.
Your saved files will be continued on your Switch, including your in-game achievements that you accomplished during the free trial. To take advantage of this, NME recommends that users should subscribe to the Nintendo Switch Online subscription.
Upon purchasing this, you will be eligible to play other games as part of the standard subscription package. If you want to explore even the classic games from Sega and Nintendo 64, you need to purchase the premium membership for the Plus Expansion Pack.
For that, you need to pay a monthly fee of $3.99 for the individual membership. If you want to save more, go for an annual membership package of $19.99.
For game sharing with your family and friends, you can opt for the family package, which costs $34.99 per year. More members for this subscription means more savings for the whole squad.
Meanwhile, the Premium subscription costs $49.99 per year.

The paid expansion will present the new Silkbind attacks, according to Capcom.
If there are monsters, there are also new characters to improve the story. Paz and Selva were unveiled to be coming in summer along with their new voice packs.
Aside from them, there will be a receptionist character that will debut in the "Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak" digital event.
