"Genshin Impact" fans were quick to spot some mistakes during the iPad Air commercial this week.
It appears that some users are confused about Apple's take on the gameplay. Some said that the company has no idea how the hoyoverse's open-world game works.
What are the errors that they spotted during the short Apple ad?
'Genshin Impact' Criticizes Apple Ad
According to a report by Gamespot, the particular error was discovered during the 15th-second mark in the iPad Air advertisement. The preview features a device where a player plays "Genshin Impact."
However, the "Genshin Impact" fans immediately noticed what was wrong with the gameplay. In the preview uploaded by Apple on YouTube, the team was fighting the Thunder Manifestation as shown on the screen.
For specific information, the characters for the Apple team are composed of Yae Miko, Raiden Shougun, Keqing, and Electro Traveler. Although this team is not as bad as it appears, the lineup is limited to defeating the boss.
Unfortunately, the team won't do any damage because the opponent is immune to electro attacks. This means that it's a bad choice for such a match-up.

Redditor Breaks Down What's Wrong in 'Genshin Impact' Cameo
For a more specific take, We Got This Covered wrote that one Redditor from the "Genshin" subreddit shared all errors in the short iPad commercial.
First, he noticed that the player used Raiden burst without her active skill. In addition, there were no planted Yae turrets before the assault took place.
Moreover, the eagle-eyed fan noticed the 0 ping, not to mention that the comp has no shielder or any healer. That's not only the errors that he saw. He also took note of the player's activity of not using Raiden charged attacks.
On top of that, the iPad commercial also showed a Comp with 2 DPS and using the Mono-Electro without Sara.
With that, other Redditors shared their theories on how to defeat the boss effectively. One commenter said that the player should stick to a strong physical DPS attacker like Keqing.
Another user mentioned that the player should instead use Raiden for physical damage.
We assume that because of this criticism, Apple might first "properly" evaluate how the game really works. They could take note of these errors to ensure that the future game ads will be smooth-sailing and free from mistakes.
For another "Genshin Impact" report, Tech Times wrote the possible fix for the Windows 11 error when running the game.
According to the guide, the bug can be solved by using an appropriate GPU for "Genshin Impact." You can do this by heading to the taskbar, then Settings. After that, go to Browse Button and click High Performance.
Don't forget to run "Genshin Impact" as an admin. Most importantly, always update your graphics card driver to its latest version.
