Nintendo Switch fans should brace for the upcoming release of the highly-anticipated remake for "The House of the Dead," a classic rail-shooter game that was first launched in 1997.
Sega's "House of the Dead" 1 and 2 will be getting a revamped make-over by bringing new changes into the game. Over the past years, we have seen how the arcade classics are being ported to other consoles.
For what it's worth, the horror-shooter fans are looking forward to enjoying playing this game after all these years of waiting.
'The House of the Dead' Trailer
According to a report by Slash Gear, Nintendo Switch game publisher Forever Entertainment recently uploaded the new "The House of the Dead: Remake" trailer. Based on the video, the game receives a much-needed enhancement for its graphics on top of introducing other zombies/monsters in the game.
That's not only the noticeable change that we see. Apparently, new guns could be coming as well besides the classic armaments. There's so much to look forward to for this Sega classic, especially for those who grew up playing it.
Previously, the launch for this remake for this horror-shooter game was originally in 2019. However, due to uncertain circumstances, the publisher managed to move its release to 2021, but again it did not happen as planned.
This 2022, Forever Entertainment, along with MegaPixel will make that happen. This collaboration will introduce numerous tweaks in every game aspect.
Starting from the visuals, we could also expect that changes in controls, achievements, co-op mode, and more will be implemented. It would bring more fun if the "The House of the Dead: Remake" will establish unique endings so they could contribute to the rich gameplay experience.

Other Zombie Games You Need to Try
Last year, Tech Times reported that "Roots of Insanity" developer Crania Games introduced "A Way to be Dead," a unique zombie multiplayer game involving five players.
The format is simple like playing a tag: there will be four players who will play as survivors. On the other hand, the "it" or the insane doctor will be hunting these individuals.
The biggest challenge in this game is how they will coordinate with each other inside a hospital filled with flesh eaters.
For Android users, there are a lot of zombie games that you can play in your spare time.
Back in November, we listed "Dead Effect," "Dead Trigger 2," "Into the Dead 2," "Plants vs Zombies 2," and "Samurai vs Zombies Defense 2."
