As Apple's upcoming "Peek Performance" event approaches, we expect that more news about the iOS 15.4 beta updates will arrive. According to the report, the expected upgrades for the new operating system will be coming in the next few days.
So far, the Cupertino giant has brought notable changes in the latest beta such as the anti-stalking feature in AirTag and a revamped Face ID to name a few.
iOS 15.4 Launch Date
According to a report by CNET on Friday, March 4, the launch date for iOS 15.4 was not yet unveiled by Apple. However, we could anticipate that the iPhone maker will mention some updates regarding it.
In addition, we might hear some announcements about the next-gen iPad and iPhone SE3 during the event.
How to Sign Up For iOS 15.4 Beta
If you want to partake in using the iOS 15.4 beta, you first need to sign up through the Apple Beta Software Program using this link. In doing so, you will be able to gain access to Apple's configuration profile which you can download later.
After that, proceed to search the most updated version of the OS beta by heading to the Settings. Inside that, you will find General, then Software update. Now, you can begin downloading and installing the beta.
So much for that, don't expect the testing to be smooth as usual because beta tests tend to have bugs earlier. The developers will be the ones who will evaluate what needs to be improved further. For this part, we suggest you use the tester and secondary devices for this program.

Expected iOS 15.4 Updates to Come Soon
In a similar report by the same publication, we could expect that 37 new emojis will be updated in the recent update. These include the addition of symbols for salutation, pregnant people, and more. There are also new icons that resemble a low battery, a melting face, a coral, and other various stuff.
Aside from a set of new emojis, Apple will also be adding the ability to copy text through a camera. This could be done while the user is using a Reminders or a Notes app.
Regarding the use of Face ID, the tech giant will be incorporating this feature while wearing a face mask.
Since only a smaller part of your face is seen during the verification process, precision and the right angle are what you need when accessing this feature.
Although it will reportedly work with the individuals wearing glasses, it still will not function for users who have sunglasses.
Apple will now allow users to use their secondary devices as "second screens" thanks to the much-awaited Universal Control. This feature is expected to be released in spring together with the Monterey OS 12.3 update.
Other than that, we could look forward to more iOS 15.4 upgrades such as the Apple Card widget, iCloud Plus custom email domain, Apple TV Up Next titles, new Notifications section, Podcast splash screen, and more, according to XDA Developers' previous report.
