Razer fans have another keyboard to watch out for this year. The computer peripheral maker has recently revealed its newest keyboard in the line-up dubbed Huntsman Mini Analog.
Interestingly, this is the first 60% gaming keyboard to feature Analog Optical Switches. Aside from its smart design and portability, users should expect more for its impressive performance, durability, and precision.
Razer Highlights Analog Optical Switches in Newest Keyboard
According to a report by Digital Trends on Thursday, March 3, the new Razer Huntsman Mini Analog gaming keyboard is the first "60% keyboard in the market to feature an Analog Optical Switches.
On top of that, this powerful peripheral boasts a lightning-quick Type-C charging cable, Doubleshot PBT keycaps, and more.
In case you're wondering how much it will cost, the company said that it's currently available for purchase for only $150 in select retailers and Razer shops worldwide.
As a main highlight of the Mini Analog, its Optical Switches are what make it special when it comes to gamers. Aside from its appealing interface, it grants users smoother control in navigating the presets in-game.
To add, they can also have the freedom to set it to double keymapping for various inputs whether it's analog or digital. Razer said that this feature is ideal for players who love racing games.
Huntsman Mini Analog Durability and Design
Speaking of its design, this gaming keyboard fronts a "crisp" look even after long hours of usage. It's also noteworthy to know that its Doubleshot PBT keycaps fill the gap for maximum durability, as Bleeding Cool wrote.

What About Razer Huntsman V2
Back in September, Tech Times reported that a next-gen Huntsman V2 gaming keyboard has arrived with a HyperPoling technology (8000Hz Polling rate).
This beast peripheral also features second-gen optical switches which have an infrared light bream upon switch activation. For enthusiasts, this feature is not so common among other brands.
It should also be noted that there's no debounce delay in the Huntsman V2 keyboard. In typical mechanical keyboards, this feature is useful for identifying the actual key press.
Two months after the release of the Huntsman V2, Razer introduced a series of gaming peripherals under the Pro Productivity lineup. These include Pro Type Ultra (keyboard), Pro Click Mini (mouse), and ProGlide XXL (desk mat).
