TikTok users who posted animal attack videos were banned from having pets.
Although the kids getting disqualified from owning animals is good news, their actions already led to deaths, including deers, rabbits, and birds.
Some alarming videos that are supposed to be restricted from TikTok still find their way on the social media platform.
But, it is good that the three teenagers made a mistake since it allowed the authorities to know their identities and locations.
If they didn't post 180 TikTok videos of their doings, they might have been able to continue their cruel act against many animals in their area.
TikTok Users Banned From Having Pets
According to ITV's latest report, they arrested the three individuals after locating in Burnley, Lancashire.
The Lancashire Police department named the two boys Marcus Leverett (19 years old) and Ryan Hancock (18 years old).
However, the third teenager remained anonymous because of his age.
"This group of lads was targeting animals on the council estate they lived on as well as wildlife in the surrounding area," said RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) officer Jason Bowles.
Since they were found guilty of two offenses under the Animal Welfare Act at Blackburn Magistrates' Court, the teenagers are now banned from owning any animal for 10 years.

What You Can Do
As of the moment, the best thing you can do as a TikTok user is to report the content so that people who are cruel against animals will know that their act is not welcome by you and other individuals.
TikTok Community Guidelines stated that posting, streaming, or sharing content that harms animals are not allowed on the platform. These videos include the following:
- Animal cruelty and gore.
- The slaughter or other non-natural death of animals.
- Dismembered, mutilated, charred, or burned animal remains.
If ever you see a video with the details above, the first thing you need to do is check if their accounts have their locations or contain their real names. After that, you need to provide the information you acquired to the police station or other authorities.
On the other hand, you also need to report the actual content or the account that posted it:
- First, click the video and long-press it.
- After that, select a report. You also need to choose the violation category applicable to the content.
