Slack, the business communication platform of Slack Technologies, is currently down. Some of its users claimed that they are experiencing issues when sending messages and accessing the platform.
"Some customers may be experiencing issues with loading Slack. We'll provide a status update once we have more information. We're sorry for the disruption," said Slack Status via its official Twitter post.
Since Many companies and businesses widely use slack, the platform's consumers are now panicking, asking Slack Technologies to fix the problem right away.
Slack Down! Latest Outage's Details
According to The Verge's latest report, the communication platform's outage started around 9:25 a.m. ET on Feb. 22.
Although the current issue is widespread, some consumers said that they are still able to connect to the platform and send messages.
Right now, Slack Technologies still hasn't identified the main cause of the sudden system outage. But, the tech firm said that they would provide the latest updates as they continue to investigate the issue.
The company added that the current outage is their top priority, asking the users to be patient as their tech team works to fix the platform's problem.

Once you are there, you will see all that Slack Technologies does regarding the outage. Based on the latest update provided by the American software company, they are still actively investigating the problem.
Of course, many people are still disappointed. There are those who are asking about the solution's ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). But, Slack said they also don't know when there will be a fix.
Although this is the case, some users still defended the company, saying that the best thing they can do is to let Slack do its thing and wait for the outage to be over.
In other news, the recent Slack Android version's bug, which automatically logs out users from their accounts, was fixed.
Meanwhile, some malicious NPM packages targeted Linux and Unix password files of Slack, Amazon, and other tech companies.
