OPPO Find X5
Interestingly, Digital Trends noted that it appears that OPPO went on to skip the number four. As such, there is no Find X4 insight. Instead, we are getting an X5 series.
Although Oppo has yet to confirm, there have been speculations saying that the reason behind it could be the bad connotation that the number four brings in China.
There is an old Chinese superstition that believes that the number four brings bad luck as the Chinese for the said numerical value sounds similar to the word death in the Asian nation.
As such, there is a stigma with number four in China, just like how number 13 is also considered bad luck in various locations in the world.
Going back to the upcoming OPPO phone, the Find X5 series reportedly includes three smartphones, such as the Find X5 Lite, the standard Find X5, and the top-of-the-line Find X5 Pro.
