'Dead by Daylight' Sadako Crossover! Here are the Killer's Abilities and Other Details

"Dead by Daylight" Sadako or Ringu crossover has been confirmed. Thanks to this in-game innovation, horror game fans can encounter or use the new killer based on Sadako Yamamura, also known as Onryo.

For those who don't know who Sadako is, she is the ghost in the popular Japanese horror film series "Ring," which was later adopted by the U.S., leading to the new movie "The Ring."

Now, "Dead by Daylight" YouTube channel released a new trailer of the latest horror film crossover of the game. The video already generated more than 38,000 views just a few hours after it was released.

'Dead by Daylight' Sadako Crossover

In the comment section of the new "Dead by Daylight: Sadako Rising" trailer, many fans shared their excitement since there is a new scary killer.

"Imagine how creepy it would be if this killer was entirely crawl/stealth based," said one of the gamers in the comment section.

According to IGN Southeast Asia's latest report, the new Sadako killer is expected to provide a different experience, enhancing the horror title's classic gameplay.

Behaviour Interactive's Creative Director Dave Richard said that the new Japanese ghost killer will definitely freak players out.

He added that Onryo would introduce a psychological horror gameplay mechanic in "Dead by Daylight," explaining that she will be different from the recent killers that rely on slasher-style killing methods.

Sadako Killer's Abilities and Other Details

DualShocker provided all the abilities of Sadako Yamamura killer in the new "Dead by Daylight: Sadako Rising" game. These include the following:

Call of Brine

This skill allows you to affect all the technologies near your victims. Just like in the movie, this means that you can use TVs and other appliances to terrorize players.

Specifically, Call of Brine allows you to deal with attack generators.

Scourge Hook

Scourge Hook is a skill that allows you to see the auras of your victims. You will form a psychic connection with "The Entity," as well as change the rules of the trial.

Merciless Storm

This one is considered to be the most effective skill since it allows you to scare all the players. It also combines with the Call of Brine. After damaging the generator, survivors working on the generator will be faced with continuous Skill Checks, preventing them from fixing it for around 20 seconds.

In other news, "Dead by Daylight" was recently included in Epic Games Store's 2021 free games. Meanwhile, "Dead by Daylight" Pinhead killer also arrived.
