"Grand Theft Auto VI" is a game under development based on Rockstar Games' recent subtle update that included the update on its previous game. However, a new leak surfaced that claims the "Grand Theft Auto" sequel would finally have a reveal this year, but it would resemble that of the "GTA V" that had a two-year gap from revelation to release.
"GTA VI" Reveal Coming This Year Says Leaker
A report from Comic Book Gaming says that Tez2 speculated on another release from Rockstar Games this year, and it will be the awaited reveal of "Grand Theft Auto VI." The game is the titular sequel to "Grand Theft Auto V" that currently awaits its modern console remaster to bring the game to a new level.
The leakers for "GTA VI" remain silent these days, but a new dispute online centers on a rumored cast member or actor for the game's upcoming lineup. However, the rumor remains doubtful even for the analyst who looked into the matter.
Rockstar Games or any leaker does not yet reveal the game's cast list as of the moment.
'GTA VI' Like 'GTA V': 2 Years Before Release?
As added by Tez2, the developers will release a reveal of the game this 2022, but it will follow the pattern of "GTA V" and "Red Dead Redemption 2" that has a two-year gap before it released the game. It is known that a reveal for "GTA V" was released last 2011, with the actual title releasing by 2013.
The two-year lead time remains unknown but is mainly focused on developing and finalizing what the game has to offer.
'GTA VI' Rumors and Leaks
"Grand Theft Auto" is one of the most talked-about game franchises now, and it is because Rockstar Games are still not releasing any information on the sequel of the beloved RPG title. However, it somehow recently confirmed that "GTA VI" is coming to the platform in its last statement, saying that the company is working on a game sequel that the public awaits.
Rockstar is currently working on the next-gen release of "Grand Theft Auto V" as it is presently via backwards compatibility on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. The developers revealed that it is both working on the new game that remained unnamed and a "GTA V" remaster for the modern gaming consoles.
Nevertheless, the new information from the leaker might mean that a reveal is among the public, but what it will bring is another way for fans to crave more of the franchise.
The reveal may be one thing, but it signifies another long wait for its actual release that may come in two to three years from now-something that will put the game at more than a decade for its release.
