Samsung Galaxy M52 leak says the new phone could be "far more powerful" compared to previous models, thanks to its powerful Snapdragon 778G 5G.
The previous Samsung Galaxy M51 was quite a surprise entrant in the whole mid-range segment, which brought a battery-first approach in a whole space that was driven by certain specifications.
Samsung Galaxy M52 Leak
According to the story by TechRadar, a leak suggested that the new Samsung Galaxy M52 could be even more powerful and well-rounded with huge improvements when it comes to internal specifications.
The new Samsung Galaxy M52 is expected to launch in just a few months.
The new device from the South Korean giant could have a model number of SM-M526B, while the previous Samsung Galaxy M51 has model number of SM-M515, and has already been spotted by Geekbench revealing a new and powerful Snapdragon 778G chipset as its powerhouse.
There are also other specs that are expected to be included in the upcoming model aside from just its use of the Snapdragon 778G chipset.
Samsung Galaxy M52 Specs (Rumored)
The new device is expected to come with 6GB of RAM and should be using an Android 11 OS directly out of the box.
The Snapdragon 778G was previously announced in May as the successor of the previous Snapdragon 768G that comes with a 6nm design, as well as a peak frequency reaching 2.4GHz and sporting 40% better graphics.
The new device is also expected to be running on the Adreno 642L GPU.
If the new device really is the Samsung Galaxy M52, it will be a significant upgrade in terms of the CPU component as the previous M51 model used the Snapdragon 730G.
Samsung Galaxy M52 Camera (Rumored)
In another leak by a popular Dutch site called GalaxyClub, information was shared regarding the Samsung Galaxy M52's purported camera specifications.
It also stated that the new mid-ranger will be sporting a 64MP primary camera called the ISOCELL GW3, a new 5MP macro shooter, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and another fourth sensor with functions that are still unknown as of the moment.
The new phone is also expected to be packed with a new 32MP selfie camera as well. The camera hardware might not seem like anything new, but the new and improved ISP on the new processor could reportedly enable much better photography.

Battery Size Still Unknown
One notable missing link from the development is information regarding the Samsung Galaxy M52 battery size. While the Samsung Galaxy M51 currently continues to be quite a champion in this aspect, the question is whether its predecessor would also have a massive 7,000 mAh capacity battery as well.
Although the price is still unknown as of the moment, the article by TechRadar noted that it might not be too long before the final details are finally revealed. This means fans will only have to wait a little more before there could be an announcement from Samsung.
