The Nintendo Switch Pro game reportedly appeared at E3. Yet, nobody took notice as the rumored console has not been officially announced as promised. Could the first game on the console upgrade be the "Mario + Rabbids?"
Fans of Nintendo anticipated a more powerful Nintendo Switch upgrade as the E3 2021 kicked off.
It comes after reputable sources, such as Bloomberg, hinted that the Nintendo Switch Pro is coming this September. The report even mentioned a possible E3 official announcement of the upcoming console.
Nintendo Switch Pro Rumors
Even as early as April 27, rumors of the official announcement of the Switch Pro sprung up like mushrooms.
A source close to the situation even teased that the handheld console will be packed with too much power for its kind. More specifically, it raised the possibility of an NVIDIA Deep Learning Super Sampling to power the Pro variant of Switch.
The listings sprouting from here and there consequently added to the flame of the rumors. First on Amazon Mexico, and another seen in an unidentified retailer in France. From the seemingly accidental listing, the possible price of Switch Pro also surfaced at the tune of $486.87.
On top of that, the Nintendo Switch Pro is reportedly sporting an OLED display and a 4K Output to TV.

First Nintendo Switch Pro Game
So, as E3 2021 debut, fans are expecting the newest console from Nintendo. However, they were left disappointed with nothing.
Well, not really — it turns out that one of the upcoming games unveiled during the event is possibly the first game of the Switch Pro.
Several upcoming Switch games have officially been teased during the first part of E3 2021. And one of which is "Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope." Ubisoft Forward announced it along with "Avatar Frontiers," which will launch in 2022.
Ubisoft noted that the Mario Sequel is a Nintendo Switch exclusive. Although the company did not specify that it was the Pro, Jason Schreier, a Bloomberg reporter, hinted that it could possibly be a game for the long-awaited and rumored gaming console.
However, Comicbook reported that the tweet mentioning it has now been deleted.
Switch Pro Games?
Moreover, if the hint is telling the truth, it could suggest that the Pro is a relatively different device from its predecessor. At least, in terms of what games can be played as Nintendo Switch and its Lite counterpart share every game title — there are no exclusive titles on each console.
As of now, both Nintendo and Ubisoft have not denied nor confirmed such speculations. So, fans should take it with a grain of salt to avoid facing another disappointment.
