According to Macrumors earlier this week. The most recent tvOS 15 beta can now be accessed at the moment. However, the exclusivity of the usage is only limited to the developers. Through an Xcode, they could now download their Apple profile on the smart home television.

Installation of the tvOS 15 beta could be confusing to some users. For those who have Apple TV, remember that you cannot access it through the web. Make sure that before you set things up, you first need to connect it to your Mac. In the case of public beta, you can simply go to the Settings to turn it on, XDA Developers reported.
Follow these procedures to help you install the OS with Apple Music's newest feature:
Head to the Apple Developer through accessing Develop, then Downloads. Tap Install Profile besides the tvOS 15.
Before doing that, see to it that you have already an installed Xcode and an Apple Configurator.
Turn on the Apple TV and link it to the Internet and your Mac.
Access Xcode through going to Windows, Devices, and Simulators, and Devices.
To begin device pairing, go to your Apple TV's Settings and access the Remote App and Devices.
