"Pokemon GO" latest limited Research Event has finally arrived. Niantic released the new Season of Discovery on Tuesday, June 1.
Some trainers and other game critics claimed that this new event will be weird since it has hemisphere-exclusive Pokemon, Adventure Sync Reward eggs with odd monsters, and an odd assortment of wild spawn Pokemon.
Aside from this, the new "Pokemon GO" 2021 event also focuses on 5-star raids with Registeel, Regirock, and Regice.
On the other hand, some reliable sources also confirmed that Niantic will release the new rules for Raid Battles this June, which will last from June 1 to June 17.
During this period, players will have the chance to encounter the popular Regirock, Registeel, and Regice. Aside from these rock-type pocket monsters, the new Season of Discovery will also release a surprise Pokemon, as well as three new Mega pocket monsters.
The surprising Pokemon is specifically the new Galarian Ponyta. To help you further, here's how you can catch one.

'Pokemon GO' Limited Research's Explanation
Some critics and other game experts claimed that Niantic's new Galarian Ponyta is not that perfect. At first, the character launch was going smoothly.
However, the issue started when the game transitioned from Field Research tasks and other potential ways of catching the rare creature to only being available from weekly Research Breakthrough rewards.
Because of this, the game developer has to remove the Shiny Galarian Ponyta from the popular adventure title.
Since this is the case, many players were not able to catch the popular pocket monster. However, thanks to the arrival of the new limited Research event, they now have a chance to catch this well-known character.
