'Halo Infinite' E3 2021 – Focus on Multiplayer Mode | No Deep Dive?

"Halo Infinite" is an extensive gaming franchise with a huge fan base. For its third episode, the franchise will be released by the end of June 2021, alongside its press conference.

However, "Halo Infinite" might disappoint some fans because it will not be a massive deep dive into the actual game that supporters might have expected.

The game published by Xbox Game Studios has been continuously growing throughout the years. It is an exciting first-person shooter video game available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows.

The said title is a video game under 343 Industries, a massive American video game developer based in Redmond, Washington. This video game developer is famous for AAA games that gamers know and love.

'Halo Infinite:' What's new?

"Halo Infinite" is a classic first-person shooter game with a heartfelt storyline.

For its E3 2021 announcement, Microsoft said that the game's main plot will have Master Chief back for his "greatest adventure yet to save humanity," as per IGN.

According to recent reports, Halo Infinite's storyline will be more human, where Master Chief will take on a more central role than his character in "Halo 5: Guardian."

Most of "Halo Infinite's" avid supporters were surprised when GameBeat's Jeff Grubb stated that the game would not have a deep dive into the actual game to make room for 343 Industries' upcoming brand new shooter game.

While speaking on his show (Game Mess Show), Jeff Grubb said that "Halo Infinite" won't focus on the gameplay and plot because making assets for the conference might affect the development's time plan. As a result, the game will mainly focus on multiplayer setups. He also mentioned that the game would primarily cater towards the old-school, Hardcore Halo fans.

'Halo Infinite:' Multiplayer Mode

During his show, Jeff Grubb's open letter to "Halo" fans included several hints that the newest installment will be heavy on multiplayer modes.

In a way, it is a kind of homage to some installments of the franchise.

He also stated that "Halo Infinite" would feature specific modes that die-hard players will appreciate, such as Capture the Flag at launch. Brand new modes will be constantly added to the game so that players can enjoy new forms of entertainment while playing the same installment.

What to Expect

Despite Jeff Grubb's latest statement on the game, it is still essential to know that last year's "Halo Infinite" installment mainly focused on single-player modes. Hence, it makes definite sense for this year's game to touch on multiplayer options.

It's only a matter of time before the game finally launches. By the end of June 2021, the gaming community will have all answers to their questions regarding the new title, so sit back and wait for it to drop!
