PlayStation Now titles are debuting in June 2021, Sony announced. It includes "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" - Game of the Year Edition, three "Sonic" titles to celebrate its 30th anniversary, and other titles to look forward to.
Players subscribed to PlayStation Now will be able to play the upcoming games for free starting June 1.
In addition, "The Witcher 3" will be available until September 6. On the other hand, "Slay the Spire" will be staying longer than other games -- it will hang on until December 6, IGN reported.
PlayStation titles are reportedly coming to iOS and Android smartphones later this year. In the meantime, here are games to enjoy via PlayStation Now.
Three 'Sonic' Titles
According to PlayStation.Blog, "Sonic" is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and with that, its fans are in for a treat with three titles to enjoy via PlayStation Now.
'Sonic Mania '
It is a mix of nostalgia and modern advances. The newest "Sonic" adventure is 2D animated that runs at 60FPS, and has graphics that give off a retro vibe. There are various characters to choose from; players could be as lightning-fast as Sonic, fly as high as Tails, or even as strong as Knuckles.
'Team Sonic Racing'
Interestingly, instead of wearing sneakers, Sonic will rather be having wheels. The arcade racer game is both thrilling and intense. Players could then compete with others in this multiplayer racing game.
'Sonic Forces '
Dr. Eggman, and a new vicious antagonist called Infinite, have taken over the world. With that, Sonic, coupled with an army strong enough to trample the evil superpowers, needs help. Gamers need to go through multiple stages in this face-paced adventure.
'The Witch 3: Wild Hunt' - Game of the Year Edition
The eye-catching and compelling fantasy universe is coming to PS Now.
A monster hunter is in charge of searching for the so-called child of prophecy. The said edition will include "The Witch 3: Wild Hunt," the 16 DLCs, and the other two Expansion Packs: the Heart of Stone, and the Blood and Wine.
'Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown'
The martial arts combat game is also debuting this month. Moreover, it will have custom options that could support 16 players and a live spectating feature.
'Slay the Spire'
Fans of the game and newcomers will be welcomed with hundreds of cards to choose from. It could be used to fight against enemies and eventually reach the summit.
