Elon Musk recently made a huge noise after claiming that his new Tesla Model S Plaid is the fastest EV production model to be released.
However, the popular tech CEO said that it is still currently incomplete.
Because of this, Musk decided to delay the launch date of the popular Tesla electric car. Tesla's CEO added that they still need one more week to test its battery pack.
In January, Elon Musk announced the arrival of the refreshed versions of Tesla Model S and Model X. Aside from this, he also confirmed that the new Tesla Model S Plaid's shipments will start in February.
"Model S Plaid delivery pushed to June 10. Needs one more week of tweak. This car feels like a spaceship. Words cannot describe the limbic resonance," said Elon Musk.

Elon Musk Claims Tesla Model S Plaid is Incomplete
According to Electrek's latest report, Elon Musk said that his new Tesla Model S Plaid still needs one more thing before shipments begin.
He added that the new Tesla Model S Plaid's battery pack still needs to be tested so that they can ensure that it is safe to use. Recently, Elon Musk announced that the giant EV manufacturer will use the new Palladium powertrain.
This technology is expected to power the latest Tesla Model S Plaid and the refreshed version of the Tesla Model X. However, the new Palladium battery pack still needs more tests.
Although there is a surprising shipment delay, Elon Musk claimed that the users will have the best experience they can have with the new Tesla Model S Plaid, saying that this new electric car will feel like a spaceship.
Is Tesla Model S Plaid Plus Unavailable?
On the other hand, CNET previously reported that the Tesla Model S Plaid Plus version was previously unavailable on the company's official website.
Consumers complained that the Model S Plaid Plus was grayed out in the Tesla Model S section. Some rumors claimed that people are currently barred from buying the Plus model because Tesla could be aiming for a mid-2022 launch window.
