In a report by Nintendo Life, the double-pack games "Zombies Ate My Neighbors" and "Ghoul Patrol" will be released on Switch on June 29.

According to the trailer, the classic "Zombies Ate My Neighbors", as well as its "Ghoul Patrol" sequel, will be returning as classic games released by Lucasfilm.

From the old mechanics of the games, the traditional 16-bit gaming will be brought to life through expected improvements in the form of new features which we have not yet seen before.

'Zombies Ate My Neighbors' Trailer

If you have played this game during the 1990s on your old console, you have already the idea of how it will begin on Nintendo Switch as a newly-developed game.

Get ready to rustle playing the main characters, Julie and Zeke in the game full of horror and adrenaline rush. If you are already prepared to save your neighbors from flesh-seeking zombies, you better prepare for the consequences for other opponents that you could meet.

Besides zombies, you will also encounter chainsaw psychopaths, evil dolls, mummies, as well as vampires, giant ants, Martians, lizard people, and more unusual creatures.

As the running kids being pursued by creepy monsters, your goal is to get to complete all 55 levels such as the iconic shopping mall awry, your own backyard, and the mysterious island.

Who would have forgotten "Dances with Werewolves," as well as the Weird Kids on the Block" and "Mars Needs Cheerleaders?"

Apart from that, you have a huge pool of weapons that you can choose from. If you want some "party-party" explosions, you can select exploding soda pop, weed wackers, and uzi squirt guns.

You can also utilize power-ups together with the clown decoys and secret potions.

'Ghoul Patrol' Trailer

There is a possibility that Disney and "Street of Rage4" maker Dotemu collaboration could ignite nostalgia among classic Lucasfilm fans. For the "Ghoul Patrol'' sequel, here is some information that you should know ahead of its launch:

  • Two adventurous teens, Julie and Zeke went to the city library to visit the Ghouls exhibit. Upon entering, they discovered an old treasure chest containing a mysterious spirit book. After reading it, a toothed apparition came out.

  • Your journey will begin in taking full control over Metropolis after the emergence of the otherworldly spirit and his minions. You need to read more "zombie" books to regain peace across the once peaceful place.

  • You can use ping-pong ball machine guns, heatseeker guns from Mars, and a more weird-sounding but effective arsenal

  • Your objectives include eliminating all phantoms, saving the bug-eyed librarians, as well as the pirates. Avoid the teenager-eating plants and the possessed flying books.
